The music business can be tough, but there is no need to go down that road alone. We want to become a part of your promotion efforts. Our goal is to help you get a little more exposure plus sell more of your CDs.

Do you have a box of music cds collecting dust because sales have been a little slow lately? Then give your fans a new incentive to buy.

The Indie Music Store specializes in order fulfillment services for independent musicians who have physical cds for sale. We'll warehouse your cds, process credit card and mail-in orders, package and ship your cd's to buying customers (we ship worldwide), as well as list your cd in our online store. Orders are always mailed out within 24 hours of purchase.

The best part is we do not charge a shipping fee to the buyer.

We even ship free to buyers overseas. Free shipping is a perfect way to stimulate sluggish sales. Your cd will cost the same with us as it does on your other sites, but here a buyer will pay up to $3 less. This may motivate many who were undecided before, to buy your cd now because of that savings.

It is important to know that we are not trying to compete with sites like PureVolume, Broadjam, CDBaby or all the many free sites who mainly promote you and your music. We are to be used in conjunction with or in addition to your marketing efforts with them, to help boost your cd sales. When someone is ready to buy your physical cd after visiting one of those sites, you can then give them the option of free shipping, which is where we come in. Your fans don't have to pay a fee when they buy your digital downloads, so why make them pay a fee to buy your hardcopy cd?

We provide everything you will need to link from your other sites to the order page for your CD on our site. It's like having your own shopping cart but without having to pay merchant fees because we pay them for you. You won't have to worry about buying packing materials, printing out labels plus you won't waste time and gas rushing back and forth to the post office to mail your orders.

We are partnered with Indie Star Search, so you get double exposure with two sites for the price of one.

You will get your own Mini-Store Page showcasing you and your music, plus your CD will listed at Indie Star Search. Your page will include:

A listing of your tracks with three, 1 to 2 minute MP3 audio clips
Your album cover graphic
Links back to all of your other websites
Your biography in your own words
Your contact information

You can sell your songs by download for $.90 each and keep $.62

Other services include:

We take all credit card and mail orders for your CD and ship them within 24 hours.
We offer Free Shipping on all CD purchases which motivates fans to buy.
We provide all codes, graphics and links you need to sell from your own website.
We keep your CD online for as long as you like with no annual fees whatsoever. *We do reserve the right to remove your CD from the web site with appropriate email notice given to you at any time. This generally would happen only if you have failed to respond to re-order requests in a prompt fashion.
You set the selling price of your CD at whatever you want.
We pay you once a month, usually on the 1st, if your sales are $5 or more
No contracts to sign. We don't want to own the rights to you. All copyrights and licensing rights of the artists will always be respected.

WHAT IT COSTS

Our order fulfillment service, plus your personal mini-store on Indie Star Search and the Indie Music Store, and all the extra features described above are yours for a very reasonable one-time setup cost of $15 per CD title submitted, and $3 for each cd sold. We will never come back and ask you for upgrade, maintenance or any other type of fee. All of those are included at no extra cost to you. Plus you will never have to pay a monthly fee.

Your cds don't need to be shrinkwrapped. We accept homemade cds as well. You don't need to upload mp3 files or graphics because we do it all for you.

We want the opportunity to sell your music. Simply fill out our quick and easy CD Submission Form, and mail us 4 to 10 CDs to get started. (We need those CDs so we can fulfill orders as they come in and one we will use for creating song samples.)
